The dp-specialist range of surface finishes is enormous. Surface finishes include a variety of highgloss, supermatt, woodgrain and fantasy designs available from the likes of Senoplast, Alfatherm and Renolit, among many others.
The dp-limitless range offered by the company continues its innovative approach and supplies a range of specialised decorative and high performance products available without commitment to bulk quantities and is deliverable from single sheets up to full load – from stock. The core range is extensive and includes an array of materials and finishes including; High Pressure Laminates, Senoplast acrylics, Rehau Crystal acrylics, Real Wood Veneers from Alpi, Faux Leathers and Laminated Real Stone Veneers.
A bespoke flat sheet laminating line located within dp-lamination’s manufacturing facility in Yorkshire, utilises a high bond strength PUR glue line which ensures a superb overall finish on every single sheet. As the dp-limitless name suggests just about anything that exists as a sheet veneer can be laminated onto any number of substrates.
As we all know, beauty lies in the detail, and Decorative Panels Lamination – as a trade laminator of sheet materials for the furniture and allied industries – can offer an extensive range of surface designs incorporating Biomaster technology (anti-microbial protection) laminated to many different substrates.
Partnering with Addmaster (UK), which with its Biomaster product range, pioneered the use of antimicrobial additives, Decorative Panels can offer products with surfaces that are able to inhibit the growth of bacteria by up to 99.99%.
Decorative Panels has offered anti-microbial products within its portfolio for over eight years. Now, as can be imagined, the interest for these has accelerated and a much wider offering than before will be rolled out across all of the dp-group companies using sheet materials and edgebanding which will offer the highest possible product protection independently tested to ISO 22196.
Unlike some anti-microbial agents, Biomaster is incredibly durable, long lasting and highly active. When added, it is dispersed throughout the entire item and becomes an integral part of the product.
