The Hypermac series of moulders is the middle of the range of Leadermac moulding machines, designed to achieve great throughput and increased profits. The Hypermac is a compact and robust machine that integrates many features which on other brands are normally optional.
Leadermac can be found on stand 8D410 at the upcoming W14 exhibition.
The series features include high speed, heavy cutting operations, high accuracy and superior fine finish. The machines are also supplied with ATS electronic positioning for the width and thickness which can be easily set and are displayed on the LED programmable controller.
The machine supplied to Dresser Mouldings included many options, including increased spindle speeds to 8000rpm, increased motor powers and DC braking.
