Bespoke Complete Services invests in new panel saw and moulding machine from VWM

Quality joinery and door-set manufacturer, Bespoke Complete Services (BCS), of Darwen, Lancashire, has just upgraded with two new Casolin machines from VWM.

Having run existing Casolin machines supplied by VWM in 2005, it was time to upgrade the existing operation with a new Astra 400 CNC panel saw and a new Casolin four head Mega moulder with touchscreen.

Both machines were delivered and installed by the VWM team  whilst undertaking re-location of the old machines within the business.

The moulding machine, which has a maximum capacity of 220mm x 120mm, was fitted with the latest generation of HMI touchscreen to make for an easy set-up of planing and moulding operations. The operator can view the specific timber component before he puts the machine into production – thus ensuring all is correct prior to any component being machined.

BCS has also had installed a new Astra 400 CNC panel saw. Again, the machine is a full three-axis machine with electronic scoring, saw setting and axis position to height tilt and fence movements – all operations are controlled from the ergonomic operator pendant for ease of use.
