Titus "engineers simplicity" with resounding success at interzum

interzum 2025 was an outstanding success for Titus; the leading cabinet hardware manufacturer attracted large numbers of visitors to its stand and generated significant industry buzz. The company's commitment to "engineering simplicity" resonated strongly with attendees, who came to experience firsthand how Titus' precision-engineered solutions are transforming furniture manufacturing.

The highlight of the show was the T-type PressTo hinge, which attracted the attention of attendees with its revolutionary tool-free cup fixing system. The audible click-lock mechanism was demonstrated throughout the event, with visitors genuinely amazed by how much this straightforward innovation reduced installation time. Coupled with the 3Way snap-on mounting system, the T-type PressTo is a genuine transformation in the efficiency of cabinet assembly.

Equally impressive was the response to the other T-type family extensions, particularly the sophisticated T-type Noir finish and the T-type-i 170° hinge. The latter's remarkable stability, combined with wide opening angle, proved popular with kitchen manufacturers seeking to maximise cabinet accessibility without compromising structural integrity.

The Quickfit TL5 'Full Metal Jacket' dowel connector continued to generate significant interest, with many visitors noting that this remains the only solution designed to reliably engage in 5 mm dowel holes. Demonstrations of robust performance in MDF, chipboard, and solid wood clearly showed why this connector has become the industry's "fit-and-forget" solution of choice.

Innovation was evident throughout the stand, with the new System 6.2 square-shaped connector attracting attention for its modern aesthetics and improved stability. A further demonstration of Titus' commitment to user convenience and precise alignment was the Slimline+ drawer system's three-dimensional front adjustment mechanism, complete with colour-coded panels,

One of the most exciting innovations on the Titus stand was Adaptive Response Technology (ART) for damping, which automatically adjusts to the weight of the door and its closing speed. This cutting-edge technology promises consistent, rebound-free motion across a wide range of applications, from extreme temperature environments to push-to-open furniture systems.

"The response has been phenomenal," commented Phil Beddoe, UK Managing Director. "It's incredibly rewarding to see how our Consumer Assembly Friendliness principles are solving real-world challenges for manufacturers. The quality of conversations and the enthusiasm from both long-standing partners and new contacts have been exceptional."

The success at interzum reinforces Titus' position as an industry innovator, consistently delivering solutions that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and uphold the highest quality standards. With such strong industry validation, Titus continues to drive positive change in cabinet hardware manufacturing.
