JJ Smith now supplies an exciting new range of Neomec machinery designed to automate door and frame manufacturing processes. Among these is the highly efficient Automatic Edgebander Return System, which streamlines internal door production. This system, compatible with all edgebanders, allows a single operator to simultaneously process two or three doors, eliminating inefficiencies. A cross-transfer mechanism automatically lowers the door by 150mm, enabling the return conveyor to seamlessly collect the finished product while preparing the next piece.
The Neomec range also includes dedicated automation systems for loading and unloading doors and frames – a must-have for any door production line to increase efficiency and operator safety.
Bespoke CNC machining from Comec
Comec’s innovative range of bespoke machining solutions is suitable for all types of applications, including the production of doors and frames.
In particular, the MD Jamb is a versatile multi-head CNC machine engineering for cutting, drilling, and machining up to six sides of a door frame.
Suitable for MDF, solid wood, and chipboard, it offers optional front vertical hopper feeding or horizontal loading with a through-feed belt. Operators can process assembled or flat jambs or both batch and series production.
