On November 13th and 14th, at its Rimini Headquarters, SCM turned the spotlight on the entire window production process: from throughfeed moulders to finishing solutions, including CNC machining cells and a fully automated integrated line, ideals for aiming unrivalled productivity.
Live demos and technical insights allowed visitors to find out innovative answers to all production requirements, thanks to solutions able to optimise each processing phase, with a strong focus on future market trends.
Among the technologies on show, the highlight was the system 1 integrated line, designed to perform all the operations of planing, tenoning, drilling-routing and profiling, thus completing the work-pieces in all their parts.
Also in evidence were the windorflex 2 and windorflex 1 machining cells, high-tech solutions for producing complete window frames, regardless of the type.
SCM also showed its range of automatic throughfeed moulders, with the new topset xxl, designed for carrying out linear parts for windows and doors as well as beams, prismatic profiles, frames and furnishings. Alongside it, the iconic superset nt, ideal for companies working multiple shifts and/or small batches.
