Equipped with a sophisticated optic system, the SuperAngle 600 automatically scans timber to measure lengths and detect defects, drastically reducing manual input and error. The machine features robust construction, including a heavy-duty pusher carriage powered by a precision-toothed belt, brushless servo motors for consistent accuracy, and pneumatic top and side pressure clamps that firmly secure material during cutting.
Operation is straightforward and intuitive, thanks to an integrated Windows-based PC with user-friendly optimising software. This system allows operators to manage multiple cutting lists, quality grades, and waste reduction parameters effectively, boosting overall operational efficiency.
For added convenience, the SuperAngle 600 offers optional enhancements, such as an automatic outfeed belt conveyor system for rapid ejection and collection of cut pieces, and a high-quality direct thermal label printer for streamlined labelling and job management.
The variable-speed pusher, with standard speeds of 60m/min (optional upgrade to 120m/min), further enhances its performance capabilities.
