Makita has expanded its range of high-powered sanders with the powerful 40VMax XGT BO007CG Orbital Sander. Designed for comfort and easy manoeuvrability, it allows trade professionals to achieve high-quality results and optimum accuracy.
With a 93 x 185mm pad, sanding flat surfaces, edges, and corners can be completed with ease and precision. This lightweight tool offers optimal weight balance, which helps users to achieve even sanding with no additional force needed. Combined with the ergonomic design of the handle, the BO007CG sander is comfortable to use for extended periods.
The sander features hook and loop pads for quick and easy changing between grit levels, meaning minimal interruption to workflow and additional flexibility. The product’s pad saver protects the backing pad of the sander, which can be easily replaced when necessary. What’s more, the battery is connected via a wire and can be looped onto a belt or pocket when working at height or working around larger materials.
The sander has a 2mm orbit and 6,000-12,000rpm variable speed control conveniently located towards the back, allowing the user to select the required speed for each task, as well as constant speed.
Finally, it has been designed with a brushless motor, which means less friction, translating into more power, performance, and runtime, as well as offering the additional advantage that replacement brushes are not needed.
