A sophisticated variation on contemporary grey tones with a touch more individuality, Alby Blue is versatile, too, as a complementary colour which excels in bringing out the true nature of character woodgrains and the subtle varieties of stone finishes – and as a contrast colour it is a bold counterpoint that can effortlessly handle extremes of pattern or texture.
Alby Blue is one of a fresh palette of shades inspired by the New Nordic look – simplistic and functional, with a feel for nature and the colour-washed effects of the Scandinavian light. Within the palette, carefully chosen hues combine with natural and weathered woodgrains, or can be mixed and matched for a gentle muted look or a modern contrast with a hint of Scandi Noir.
Alby Blue is available with either a BS texture – a pleasing mottled appearance that creates a diffused sheen – or in the Grained Color (GC) finish, a realistic textural woodgrain surface that has the look and feel of painted wood.
