Length compensation, double mitre, saw blade thickness compensation. The RadioCompens system takes care of all this.
Otto Martin believes that double mitre cuts should be just as easy, fast and accurate as simple 90° cuts and the RADIOCOMPENS SYSTEM from MARTIN makes sure of that. Once the angle of the parallelogram cross table has been set, the machine takes care of everything else. The angle is transmitted by radio to the control unit, where the length error is calculated and the compensation dimension is then transmitted by radio to the digital displays of the cross cut fence. The cutting thickness of the saw blade used is also compensated for. So it doesn't matter whether you are working with a 2.8 or 5.4mm saw blade, the cut will always be perfect.
If you need the dimension on the top of the material instead of the dimension at table level, simply enter this information in the control unit and the corresponding corrected dimensions will be displayed.
Another feature is the so-called 4th parameter. This enables you to specify the length dimensions of a workpiece in relation to its system. Simply enter the material width into the machine and you will receive the corresponding dimension.
