All panel manufacturers, from furniture production to interior fit-out manufacturers, as well as cubicle, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom manufacturers will benefit from the efficient and precise versatility that HolzHer’s Dynestic 7505 CNC brings to the workshop.
For an entry-level CNC, the Dynestic 7505 provides the latest high-end nesting technology in modern solid gantry design. With machining dimensions from 3100mm (3700 mm) in X-direction and 1580 mm in Y-direction, the optimised construction facilitates very short processing cycles with excellent processing results.
The nesting CNC processing centre is equipped with an integrated six-position linear tool changer which can be extended to 12 tool positions. A new feature is LED machine lettering which displays the operating status of the machine; the letter colouring identifies the current operating status of the Dynestic 7505 at a glance.
The Dynestic 7505 is available in the Classic version, and Push version, with the Push version containing an automated discharge pusher and an integrated vacuum as well as a discharge table and a conveyor belt.
A key feature in making panel processing more efficient is Holz-Her’s option for DirectCut. This laser-supported high-speed cutting can turn material remnants into valuable furniture components.
The optional two-line laser enables an operator to easily cut one-off pieces to your chosen size, without any programming.
Operating just like an automated panel saw, DirectCut gives genuine value to your otherwise wasted off-cuts. In taking on DirectCut, your Dynestic 7505 develops useful table saw functions, potentially saving precious floor space and costs.
The Holz-Her range from the Weinig Group offers high quality panel processing machinery for small businesses and industrial production. The range includes CNC machining centres, edgebanding machines, pressure beam saws and vertical panel saws.
