Create an environment of experience, establish a cosy atmosphere, generate a wow effect – when designing appealing walls, the carpenter/cabinetmaker can use all his creativity. New inspiration for shopfitting and interior design is coming from Ostermann’s collection of designer surfaces.
Ostermann offers the carpenter/cabinetmaker a wide range of easy-to-process designer surfaces for an eye-catching wall design. The high-grade products are characterised by a realistic look and feel and can be applied in shopfitting and trade fair construction as well as in the private interior design sector.
If it’s supposed to be natural, the Almwiese surface is the right choice. The grass for the slightly scented surface has been cut manually from alpine meadows, 1700m above sea level
RollMokutan
Deliberate carbonising of a surface has been practised since ancient times, with the purpose of preserving the wood. In the traditional Japanese art of construction, this technique is called Shou-Sugi. The flexible and lightweight rollable surface RollMokutan now constitutes a decor with the extraordinary look of burned wood for furniture and walls that is both easy to transport and to process.
RollRost
RollRost surfaces offer numerous design possibilities. RollRost is a mineral-filled, synthetic-resin cross-linked surface with oxidised iron chips, giving the impression of real rusted iron in both look and feel. The flexible, lightweight material is available in four different decors and can be processed with standard tools.
RollBeton, RollRost and RollMokutan can be easily applied even to rounded elements like pillars or moulded parts
RollBeton
With RollBeton, even concrete surfaces are put on a roll, offering a flexible covering material for diverse interior design solutions. RollBeton sets modern tones everywhere, whether in shopfitting projects, trade fair stand construction or furniture-making. There is a selection of four surfaces. The material has a glass-fibre matt backing. It can be processed just as easily and quickly, and with standard tools.
Almwiese
The slightly scented surface made of alpine grasses and flowers gives commercial or private interiors a rare, natural and relaxing atmosphere. The grass has been cut manually from alpine meadows, 1700m above sea level. Natural flax fibres are used as a substrate. The flexible material with a thickness of 0.5 to 2.0mm can simply be applied to furniture, counters or walls. There is a selection of four attractive decors, all with their own, unique fragrance.
