Now the range has got even better with the addition of 20 new decors, all exclusively available from IDS for nationwide delivery in 24-48 hours.
Durasein boasts over 20 years of manufacturing expertise and operates in over 40 countries worldwide. Tailored to the design needs of the UK market, the launch of the enhanced ex-stock range available from surface materials specialist distributor IDS coincides with a full rebrand and takes the total number of designs available up to 60 – all of which are stocked in the UK.
The enhanced UK-specific collection includes a range of curated styles, shades and colours spanning luxurious onyx, concrete and marble effects with a high-quality depth and definition that mirrors the natural material, plus plain and particle-based whites and accent colours.
New additions include four decors created specifically for IDS which respond to the needs of the UK market: Blanca Carrera, an elegant marble design featuring distinctive veining; Sandstone, a warm organic flecked décor; Fossil, a soft grey concrete design; and Blush, a muted concrete design with a subtle pink hue. There’s also a newly updated collection of sleek and stylish cast sinks and bowls for kitchens and bathrooms, all manufactured in-house by Durasein.

Durasein has immense versatility for a diverse range of applications including vanity units, kitchen worksurfaces, counter tops, till points, displays, furniture and more. Unlike any other material, solid surface can be seamlessly jointed, cut, shaped, thermoformed and moulded for use on horizontal and vertical applications. Durasein benefits from being hygienic and easy to clean and carries NSF-51 food hygiene certification.
The entire Durasein range is stocked in a standard sheet size of 12mm x 3660mm x 760mm, with the most popular whites available in additional thicknesses ranging from 3mm to 25mm and sheet sizes of 1270mm to 1520mm. Other decors are available in these additional formats on a MOQ basis and lead time.
Durasein has recently undergone a global rebrand and the product launch will be supported by a suite of high-quality Point of Sale materials featuring the fresh, new image. Items include a high-quality sample presentation case, an eye-catching brochure showcasing the new decors in-situ, a free sample service, and a new website with enhanced functionality including a dedicated fabricator zone for customers to check stock and place orders.
