To support this demand, OSTERMANN offers a broad range of furniture components, edgings and fittings designed to give manufacturers greater flexibility while helping to simplify production.
Warm colours make an impact
Warm red and brown tones are increasingly appearing in furniture and interior design, creating spaces that feel welcoming and comfortable. OSTERMANN has responded with a selection of matching ABS edgings in a wide range of shades, allowing manufacturers to incorporate these colours into kitchens, bedrooms, hallways and other furniture applications.
The range extends from subtle reds such as Dusty Coral, Coralle, Antique Rose and Nude Apricot to deeper shades including Rusty Red, Roasted Brown, Brick, Cognac and Terracotta. Cappuccino provides a lighter reddish-brown option. These colours can be combined with neutral tones, wood decors and natural materials to create either subtle accents or stronger contrasts.
The edgings are available in lengths from one metre and OSTERMANN also supplies matching hotmelt adhesives, cleaners and edge-processing accessories.
Hinges for flexible furniture design
Hardware is equally important when creating functional, well-finished furniture. OSTERMANN’s new “Hinges” brochure brings together more than 30 pages covering popular Hettich hinge solutions, from established models to specialist options.
The range is intended to provide solutions for a wide variety of applications, with options covering different requirements for convenience, colour and accessories. Product information is supported by images and comparison tables to help customers select the appropriate solution during the planning stage.
The process is also supported digitally. Matching CAD data is available directly from the relevant product in OSTERMANN’s online shop, allowing designers and manufacturers to download information for use in drawing, planning and CNC production.
Made-to-measure lacquered fronts
For projects where surface finish is a key design feature, OSTERMANN’s range of MDF-based lacquered fronts offers another route to high-quality results. The made-to-measure fronts are available in 12 standard colours and three gloss levels – high gloss, matt and super matt – while RAL and NCS colours can also be specified. Five metallic finishes provide further options.
The range includes grooved fronts, which can be particularly demanding to lacquer in-house, as well as recessed-panel fronts featuring a slim 5mm frame. Integrated and milled handle options are also available for handleless furniture designs.
All fronts are produced to the required dimensions and supplied ready to install, while sample fronts and colour swatches are available on request.
