The use of uni-colours is evolving and is becoming increasingly important within furniture and interior design. With this in mind, Decorative Panels Lamination (DPL) has introduced a further 16 solid colours to its already-extensive Colours Collection within the dp-decor range.
The range of new designs complements, and works well with, existing stock uni-colours such as Sand Beige, Vanilla, Dakar and Alabaster – plus many of the woodgrain designs already available in the dp-decor range.
These lively new uni-colours reflect the latest trends in modern design, ranging from subtle natural colour tones such as Mussel and Moon Grey to bold, striking colours including Ruby Red and Electric Blue.
The designs work well in isolation as bold segments of colour as well as being ideal to use as feature panels working alongside a wide range of wood grain designs. DPL now has the most complete range of cost effective uni-colours available on the market.
These latest additions to the Colours Collection, which can be found in the dp-decor portfolio, offer a cost-effective route when designers and manufacturers wish to introduce colour to an offering. All of the designs can be laminated on a substrate of choice – chipboard, MDF or dp-lite – and are available on DPL’s short lead times.

The latest addition of innovative products introduced by DPL is an acrylic mirror. DPL’s new acrylic-capped PET mirror provides superb reflective qualities giving the performance of a traditional mirror in many applications. Unlike traditional mirrors this material will not crack or shatter so it is an ideal material for situations where safety is a priority or when mirrors are transported flat-pack.
