A UK furniture manufacturer has purchased a wood waste heater from Wood Waste Technology to save money on heating and waste disposal costs.
SylvanWorks specialises in bespoke furniture and joinery. When the company moved into its current 16000 sq. ft modern industrial unit, there was no heating in the premises. That’s when company director, Gareth Langdon realised that an investment in a wood waste heater would provide free heating whilst also reducing waste disposal costs.
Gareth liked the idea of being able to recycle the wood offcuts into energy, rather than disposing of them into skips to go to landfill.
