To keep cycle times short and productivity high, the Panel Center N features a 16-position rotary tool changer mounted on the gantry, directly in front of the router head. Faster tool changes mean less downtime and smoother workflows. Support for both ISO and HSK tooling gives workshops the freedom to configure the machine around their existing tooling setup.
Optional 9- or 18-spindle drilling heads further extend capability, handling shelf holes, hinge holes and line boring accurately and repeatably, all controlled through the software to reduce setup time and operator dependency.
Designed to make work easier – and safer
HOLZ-HER has also focused on reducing physical strain and improving shop-floor flow. Optional automation features help maintain steady production while cutting down on manual handling.
A motorised outfeed conveyor removes finished parts smoothly and safely, protecting surface finishes and keeping the machine ready for the next cycle. All versions can also be fitted with a scissor-lift loading table, feeding boards into the machine in sync with machining operations, ideal for workshops producing consistent volumes.
The optional Power Label system applies labels before machining, ensuring parts stay clearly identified throughout production and assembly. Integrated directly with the nesting software, it helps prevent costly sorting errors and saves valuable time.
