The new streamlined site, which makes it easier and quicker for visitors to find what they want, features clear and concise technical information.
There are details provided of every model in all three product ranges sold by the company. The section on Striebig shows not only photographs of the best-selling vertical panel saws but extensive videos of some of the models in action.
TM is renowned for its servicing and maintenance facilities, and the page giving full details is handily linked to a series of endorsements from satisfied customers around the country.
There’s also a section showing refurbished Striebig and Viet machines for sale which will be regularly updated.
Said TM Machinery’s sales director Matt Pearce: “Since we launched our old site, our product range has grown significantly, as has our customer base and the site’s layout and category structure didn’t make it very easy to navigate.
“We have spent a lot of time reorganising the large number of illustrated customer application stories we have on the site into 12 distinct categories. These range from the educational world to timber merchants and also include furniture makers and shop fitters, which will make it far simpler for visitors find their specific industry sector.”
The site, www.tmmachinery.co.uk also features a handy call-back facility to enable visitors to request a telephone call-back if TM’s ‘phone lines are busy when they call.
