The Furniture Makers' Company has welcomed twelve new freemen and one corporate freeman during its December admission ceremony, held at Furniture Makers’ Hall in London on Tuesday 10th December.
The newly admitted freemen, which included two partners of liverymen, are:

- Carol Carter
- Leanne Eastwood, commercial director at HSL Chairs
- Tristine Hargreaves, executive director at the National Bed Federation
- Paul James, sales director at One Call Furniture
- Emma Rackley, director of Home & Furniture at Associated Independent Stores
- Richard Renouf, director at Expertise With Integrity Ltd
- Phil Spademan, managing director of the British Furniture Association
- Gary Sprawling, managing director at ALS Labs Ltd
- Ben Waters, operations director at HSL Chairs
- George Winks, creative director at Teper Studio
- Nick Wright, furniture school manager at The King’s Foundation
- Additionally, Gary Lasham of Barons Contract Furniture was admitted as a corporate freeman.
