The Showbus brings together all 151 designs in the One World collection of decorative panels, giving IDS customers easy access to the range.
The Showbus is expertly kitted out to promote the depth and breadth of the collection, which offers customers a creative choice of different décor options, each available as a melamine or a laminate with matching ABS edging as standard.
Six realistic surface textures are currently available and all décors can be combined with a variety of different substrates, including chipboard, MDF of all types and compact density fibreboard (CDF). This makes them an ideal choice for a vast range of applications including desks, counters, shelving, changing cubicles, walls and doors.
IDS has a 36-year distribution partnership with Swiss Krono and will be hosting the Showbus at the events at each of its 12 branch locations across the UK.
The bus will visit IDS branches in Nuneaton, Warrington, Leeds, Gateshead, Rosyth and Stoke between 19th July and 9th August. It then returns from 19th to 30th September to visit the Southampton, Exeter, Swindon, Woodford, Ely and Norwich branches. Customers will be able to drop in and view the range first hand and speak to product experts and local sales reps.
Says Dave Huggins, business development director at IDS: “The Showbus travels non-stop across Europe and is always in high demand so we are delighted to secure it for a UK tour, as it gives our customers a golden opportunity to see the full Swiss Krono One World collection. With the flexibility to choose from different substrates to suit manufacturing needs, One World decorative panels are ideal for both domestic and commercial settings and offer customers ways to increase production, value engineer, minimise wastage and enhance their offering. All in all, it’s well worth a visit.”
