East Anglian Holdings Ltd has completed the acquisition of Symphony Coatings (South East) Ltd to consolidate the Symphony Coatings Group.
East Anglian Holdings, the holding company for the Symphony Coatings Group, has announced that it has completed the acquisition of Symphony Coatings (South East) based in Coulsdon.
The Symphony Coatings Group is a nationwide supplier of technically advanced industrial coatings, sundries and spray equipment. As the UK’s largest purchaser of industrial finishes and associated products we are able to find the right product to suit any requirement.
Director Scott Williams adds: “The acquisition of Symphony Coatings (South East) sees the completion of our plan to unify the group to provide a national distribution network and the best possible service to our customers. The East Anglian Holdings Group has a complete coatings philosophy to distribute world leading coatings and sundries to all industries including wood, metal, powder, glass, decorative and marine.”
W16 Joinery and Furniture Manufacturing Show
The Symphony Group has also announced that they will have a stand at the W16 Joinery and Manufacturing Show being held at the NEC this October.
