It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gerd Ney who passed away peacefully in hospital on Saturday 11th March, aged 82, from complications arising from a short illness.
An iconic figure in the woodworking industry for more than 40 years, Gerd Ney built his fledgling company to become one of the leading brands in the UK and Ireland, and was instrumental in starting up hundreds of new businesses over this time.
Our condolences go out to family, friends, colleagues and the many industry and business associates he created across the globe. He will be greatly missed, but his legacy will remain.
