One of the UK’s leading suppliers of kitchens to the trade, Benchmarx Kitchens & Joinery, is celebrating its 20th anniversary this month.
In June 2006, builders’ merchant Travis Perkins launched its dedicated kitchen offering to trade customers with the opening of its first Benchmarx showroom in Croydon, South London.
In the two decades since, the kitchen supplier has gone through a huge expansion, with an extensive 134-branch network across the UK.
To celebrate its birthday, Benchmarx colleagues are seeking to raise £20,000 in 20 days for the business’ chosen charity, Alzheimer’s Society, the UK’s leading dementia charity, which offers vital support to those who need it as well as funding groundbreaking research.
Its 20th year has been a successful one for Benchmarx to date, with a host of new product offerings, including the high-tech additions of Samsung appliances and Quooker boiling water taps, as well as a new design software ArtiCAD, which increases the speed and quality of CAD drawings for designers.
