British timber and panel products distributor, James Latham, has announced Alzheimer’s Society as its official charity partner for 2026-27.
Each year, James Latham employees nominate the good causes they would like the business to support through its annual charity donation. Every nominated charity receives £250, with the four most-supported causes going forward to an employee vote.
This year, Alzheimer’s Society received the most votes and has been awarded £20,000, bringing James Latham's total donation to the charity to £40,750.
'We’re also pleased to share that our Chairman and Board of Directors have agreed to donate a further £10,000 towards the construction of Daisy Lodge, a therapeutic short-break centre for children with cancer in County Mayo, Ireland," they said.
