Established in 1990, J & C O’Meara Ltd will be delighted to welcome you to a combined group open house event between 21st-24th March to celebrate the official opening of the new showroom for AES Group Machinery UK Ltd, Kundig Ltd and J & C O’Meara Ltd.
This event will be more than just an open house; it will be a celebration of the official launch of AES in the UK. Visitors will not only be able to see a range of CNC machines never seen in the UK before, but will also be able to meet and discuss their manufacturing needs with members of staff from AES, as well as with several independent supporting companies.
Whether it be materials supply, software, fixings for cabinet assembly, fittings, or edgebanding and consumables, the purpose of the event is to have something for everyone in a relaxed and friendly environment.
The CNC machines on display will include machines for drilling, standalone nesting, through feed nesting with labelling, CNC for door production, as well as the all-new AES Beta beamsaw. The AES CNC machines are universal and are not reliant on machine-specific software. They can therefore be supplied with several CAD/CAM solutions, allowing an easy integration to users who may already have a preferred software package. Supporting the event will of course be members from the AES team, including technical and sales staff.
Supporting companies including national materials supplier, Lawcris, will be available to discuss your material needs, while Alphacam/Cabinet Vision, Microvellum, NC Hops and Tecnoprogram will be present to demonstrate and offer advice on their software products.
Also being demonstrated will be cabinet assembly by Intelligent Fixings, as well as Lamello, whilst tooling advice will be offered by Unilap. Edging tape, glue and consumables, along with furniture fittings, will be shown by Hranipex.
Along with the new dedicated AES showroom, visitors will also be able to see the Kundig range of wide belt and edge sanding machines which Kundig UK’s Matthew Staley will demonstrate. Further product lines from J & C O’Meara Ltd will be shown and demonstrated, including several edgebanding machines from the best-selling Genisis 512S with pre-milling and corner rounding, through to the Genisis 2RTF CNC heavy-duty high specification machine. This machine can be used with either hot melt or PUR, has a maximum working thickness of 60mm, and has two corner rounders, along with CNC auto setting for the working stations.
The showroom is located next door to the Fun Arena, one of the UK’s largest indoor children’s play areas, and not too far from Southport or Liverpool city centre, providing a great opportunity to bring the family and make a weekend of it.
