As part of HPP's commitment to creating an even stronger workplace culture, the company recently celebrated its 35th anniversary with a dedicated Staff Engagement Day – a special event designed to thank its teams for their hard work while reinforcing a focus on employee engagement and wellbeing.
The event formed part of a wider programme of initiatives aimed at providing more benefits, opportunities, and support for employees. Recent additions include the launch of the HPP App, the HPP Social Group, HPP My Staff Shop, and a growing calendar of charity fundraising events, including participation in the upcoming Wear It Pink Day at the end of October.
While the Staff Engagement Day marked an important milestone in HPP's 35-year history, it was also an opportunity to recognise the people who have made that journey possible.
"Throughout the day, staff from across the business came together to connect outside of their usual working environments," said HPP. "It was great to see teams interacting, building stronger relationships, and enjoying the chance to relax, have fun, and celebrate everything we've achieved together.
"The feedback from staff has been overwhelmingly positive, highlighting just how valuable it is to create opportunities for them to connect and celebrate as one team. It served as a reminder that people are at the heart of everything we do here at HPP.
