Diversity, mental health in the workplace and supporting colleagues going through menopause are three of the subjects being discussed at the 2024 Routes to a Stronger Workforce event, organised by The Furniture Makers’ Company, the City of London livery company and charity for the furnishing industry.
The one-day conference, sponsored by Blum UK, is taking place on Thursday 4th July 2024 (10:00am – 3:30pm) at Furniture Makers’ Hall, London. It is the fourth annual event organised by the Company aimed at HR professionals working in the furniture and furnishing industry.
