Discover Decorex 2026’s design collaborations

The UK’s leading luxury interior design destination, Decorex, where designers can find everything they need for their next project in one place, returns to a new look Olympia London from 11-14th October 2026. The event is where interior designers can connect with hundreds of suppliers across furniture, lighting, surfaces, fabrics, accessories and more, offering an unrivalled opportunity to see emerging trends and makers alongside established brands.

Visitors will be able to grow their expertise through the Design Talks programme where industry leaders and expert panels will discuss trend insights, challenges and opportunities, and connect with up-and-coming artisans to unlock fresh inspiration and ideas to apply to client projects. Amongst the returning features are the renowned collaborations with leading interior designers.

"The designer collaborations are always highly anticipated, and this year these inspirational spaces have been meticulously reimagined to offer entirely new experiences, bringing visitors into strikingly immersive environments," says Sam Fisher, Decorex Event Director. "Each collaboration will deliver a space that ignites creativity and encourages fresh thinking and relationship building; natural places for people to gather.  We can’t wait to hear the conversations encouraged by the collaborations, and see how this impacts our visitors’ own design projects.”

The Decorex 2026 Bar by Alex Dauley and Grant Pierrus, AEVEN

This year’s central space for conversation and relaxation will be a collaboration with Alex Dauley and Grant Pierrus, co-founders of AEVEN. The concept, “A Seat at the Table”, will represent AEVEN’s core philosophy, where designers, architects, makers and suppliers work in the same industry, and belong at the same table, where everyone has a seat. One single, communal table will run the length of the space, surrounded by a collection of individual chairs, representing a varied collection of brands, makers and designers. Completing the vision will be gallery panels featuring the stories behind the chairs, a Craft Library with a curated selection of books, art and craft, and the central bar itself, anchoring the space.

Brands have been invited to contribute the furniture, materials, textiles, lighting, surfaces and artisan pieces that will become not only part of the design, but a part of the story around the space, creating an eclectic but thoughtfully curated installation. Visitors to the Decorex Bar, located at the centre of the show floor, will be encouraged to start conversations with their ‘neighbours’ at the table and develop meaningful connections. The bar will be open during show opening hours each day.

The Decorex VIP Lounge by Claudia Dorsch

International interior designer Claudia Dorsch, Founder and Creative Director of Claudia Dorsch Interiors, will design this year’s VIP Lounge. The studio has specialised in chalet interiors for the past five years, an expertise Claudia brings directly to the concept for the space. Visitors will be able to experience her innovative concept “Back to the Future – The Chalet Reimagined”, influenced by the understated elegance of the 1970s ski-scene, alongside the architectural language of traditional alpine buildings. The lounge will sit at the meeting point between those two worlds, a richly layered retreat brought to life through a distinguished roster of makers from across the globe.

The chalet will present an evolved vision of alpine design, with an entrance that ignites the glamour of 1970s European ski culture, leading visitors to the warmth of the sculptural circular fireplace anchoring the space. To one side, visitors will find a Bar and Dining Club for arrival and celebration. To the other, a Mountain Terrace and DJ zone for retreat and play. Together, those zones compress the rituals of chalet life — gathering by fire, lingering at the bar, slow afternoons on the terrace — into a single, layered atmosphere.

Decorex Creative by Claire Coles

Acclaimed artist, Claire Coles, who specialises in couture, handcrafted wallpaper murals and appliqué artworks, has been selected for the creative collaboration, and her distinctive visual style will be seen across the show. Claire quotes nature as being her greatest source of inspiration, alongside the history of floral decoration in interiors.

The design concept is inspired by the rich, vibrant colours and tactile qualities of botanicals, resulting in a floral design that balances femininity and nostalgia with a contemporary edge. Claire blended hand painted elements with vintage papers and suede appliqué – a signature of her work – to create a design that reflects the movement, growth and playfulness of floral forms. The creative will be seen in the runup to the show across the Decorex digital platforms, with Claire’s immersive and inspiring designs then brought to life across the show floor.
