Wes Kangurs, previously the Managing Director of David Salisbury Joinery, has joined Wiltshire based kitchen designer and maker Guild Anderson (www.guildandersonfurniture.co.uk) as its Operations Director.
Wes had been with David Salisbury for 12 years, the last six of these as Managing Director during which he led the company’s advance into the high end kitchen market. Before taking on the senior position, he was the company’s Operations Director and Head of Manufacturing.
Guild Anderson has seen significant growth since 2022, almost doubling turnover in two years. Wes joins at an important stage in the company’s expansion to improve efficiency throughout the business as it continues to evolve.
“We are excited to have Wes with us,” said Guild Anderson Managing Director, Nick Anderson. “He is very experienced in high quality joinery manufacturing and management, with the bonus of once having been a bench joiner. He has a deep understanding of all levels of the business we are building”.
