Daltons Wadkin prepares for 2025 Wood & Panel Machinery Show

In furniture and joinery production, precision and efficiency aren’t luxuries – they’re business essentials. That’s why every October, Daltons Wadkin transforms its Nottingham showroom into a working hub of innovation for the Wood & Panel Machinery Show – a three-day event where machinery isn’t just displayed, it’s put through its paces.

From 7–9th October 2025, joinery firms, furniture makers, shopfitters, and manufacturers will have the chance to see first-hand how the latest technology can streamline workflows, improve accuracy, and produce consistently high-quality results – all while meeting the latest safety and environmental standards.

Highlights for 2025

This year’s line-up brings together brand-new launches and trusted industry mainstays, each with clear benefits for joinery and furniture production:

  • New SCM “Blade Off” Panel Saw – industry-leading safety that halts the blade in milliseconds without compromising cut quality.
  • New Salvador SuperStop Crosscut – perfect for precision cutting, programmable for repeat accuracy across joinery components.
  • Kimla CNC Routers & Fibre Lasers – ideal for intricate shapes, decorative detailing, and complex joinery work.
  • Salvador Automatic Crosscut Saws – proven productivity for frame, carcass, and bespoke furniture elements.
  • Elcon Vertical Panel Saws – space-saving accuracy for sheet material sizing.
  • Stenner Band Resaws – high-quality timber conversion for furniture-grade stock.
  • Volter CNC Routers – versatile routing for furniture panels, fixtures, and displays.
  • Wadkin & SCM Classical Machinery – modern takes on traditional joinery tools.
  • iVision Dust Extraction Systems – cleaner air, healthier workshops, and compliance with UK LEV regulations.
  • …and more to be announced.

Hands-on, not just on display

The Wood & Panel Machinery Show isn’t about static exhibits. Every machine is demonstrated live, processing real materials, so visitors can assess performance, finish quality, and ease of use. There’s also plenty of opportunity to talk through specific applications with the company's team of experts – from optimising panel saw workflows to integrating CNC into a bespoke joinery workshop.

And, for 2025, there’s a little extra – a new development from Daltons Wadkin that it believes will make a big impact on the industry. Details are under wraps for now, but it will be unveiled at the show.

Why this event matters for joinery and furniture makers

Whether you’re producing kitchens, bespoke interiors, high-end furniture, or large-scale shopfitting projects, the right machinery can be the difference between a bottleneck and a competitive edge. This event is your chance to compare solutions side-by-side, see innovations in action, and leave with practical ideas to take your production to the next level.
