In line with fast-growing demand from customers, Blum has added a new customer support representative (CSR) to cover the Midlands area.
Rhys Peak has joined the team and is very positive about Blum and joining an already-burgeoning and unique initiative: “Supporting my customers in the Midlands area will include frequent visits to provide product and technical support as well as promote new products and services. And, of course, to generate new business for the company.”
Rhys explains his background experience and what he’s looking forward to at Blum: “After eight years in the lettings industry, I was eager to make a career move into the KBB industry.
“After research into the company, advice from a family member already in the industry and successful interviews, I knew Blum would be a perfect fit for me.
