A few weeks after signing the agreement for the acquisition of Tecno Logica, the employees of the Veneto-based company and their CEO, Mirko Piasentin, were guests of Scm Group. With a view to getting to know the group closely and to visiting the Rimini Headquarters, they were welcomed by Scm Group shareholders Andrea Aureli, Giovanni Gemmani, Enrico and Valentina Aureli, CEO Marco Mancini, general manager Luigi De Vito and corporate HR & Organisation director Alessandro Capucci.
For almost 30 years, Tecno Logica has been one of the leading international manufacturers of integrated industrial plants with very high productivity and flexibility. For his team, the visit was an opportunity to learn more about the new business opportunities and further professional growth associated with joining a company as strongly oriented towards innovation and internationality as Scm Group.
The group, in turn, thanks to the know-how and experience of Tecno Logica's professionals and the new synergies developed, will be able to strengthen its leadership in the aluminium, composite materials and wood processing sectors.
The visit to the industrial site in Rimini, to the Technology Center dedicated to the best Scm solutions for woodworking, and to the latest investments made by the group on the digitalisation and servitization front - the Digital Control Room and the Autostore automatic warehouse for spare parts - was a positive and enriching experience for all involved.
