AMS improves online customer journey

Advanced Machinery Services, the Wadkin Bursgreen trademark owner, has updated its website to offer its customers more facilities and add new sections.

AMS has divided the page into nine categories: Joinery/Furniture, Timber/Sawmills, Mouldings, Kitchens, Doors/Windows, Stairs, Shop Fitting/Display, Timber Framed houses/Trusses and Garden. By clicking on each, users will be shown specific machines, photos, and videos related to that industry.

Secondly, AMS updated its Spare Parts section, making it easier to find the spare parts required and buy them online. This section will offer an impressive range of spare parts for various Wadkin models and specs, plus parts for brands like Rojek, Weing, Sedg-wick, IIDA and much more.

AMS’ director says: “Using our extensive industry experience and knowlegde, all of our spare parts are specifically developed to ensure reliability and complete peace of mind”

Thirdly, AMS added an Offers section, where website visitors will be able to find all the offers and second hand machines available at AMS each week. Online customers will be able to enjoy special prices for machines, spare parts, tooling and training courses. This way, customers will be able to find all the discounts currently available, simpler and faster.

Amd lastly, AMS added a Review section and Testimonial page. Joint MD Steve Foster says: “ Listening to our customer’s opinion is the best way to improve our business within the woodworking industry”

Customers can now write reviews about AMS’ products and services, and will have the ability to read the opinion of other customers to help them with their purchase decisions.
