On November 11th, 2016 Salice took full ownership of Bortoluzzi Sistemi of Belluno, Italy.
Since Salice’s acquisition of the first shares in 2010, the companies have developed a strong strategic partnership.
Now, the completion of the acquisition enables Salice to further strengthen its leading role in the field of innovative opening systems, from furniture hinges, lifting systems, runners and drawers to sophisticated sliding systems: products that are used in a vast range of applications: kitchens, bathrooms, office furniture, living- and bedroom furniture.
