The directors of Wiltshire-based bed and upholstery manufacturer, Airsprung Group plc and Airsprung Furniture Ltd, have confirmed that they have filed a Notice of Intention to appoint administrators (NOI).
A statement from the company read: “There have been significant pressures faced in the sector, all of which have impacted Airsprung’s trading performance and have affected the cashflow position of the company.
“The directors are working with key stakeholders on options to preserve the company. Whilst these options are being progressed, the filing of an NOI provides the directors and the business with some breathing space to see these options through. We will not be able to provide live updates on this process.”
