Daltons Wadkin event to focus on panel and composite processing

Modern panel and composite material technology is developing at an incredible pace, opening new opportunities for creativity and productivity. From 23rd to 25th June, Daltons Wadkin will be welcoming visitors from all corners of the UK and beyond for working demonstrations on the latest machinery.

Daltons Wadkin has widened its range of panel processing equipment in recent years and now incorporates vertical panel saws, beam saws, CNC routers, waterjets, sliding table saws and borers in its portfolio.

The open house event will be showcasing the latest products available including some equipment not previously seen before in the UK.

A compact Altendorf WA80TE sliding table panel saw complete with DIGIT X rip fence and Rapido scoring system will provide customers an insight into the supreme quality available from the world leading German manufacturer.

Elcon vertical panel saws will include the latest Titan model with a 150mm depth of cut for insulation and sandwich materials, the Quadra fully automatic vertical beam saw for space saving efficiency as well as the standard D and DS models. Arguably the largest and most diverse range of vertical panel saws on display in the UK.

Rapid growth in sales of the Kimla range of CNC routers has prompted further investment in another demonstration model to meet customer demand. The Kimla BPF 2131 will be on show proving that material versatility, processing speed and high quality finish all go hand in hand.

The latest innovations from Italian manufactures Maggi will include CNC boring technology in the Evolution 1000 as well as the patented 21 Technology, an electronic numerically-controlled single-head borer.

Completing the range of panel sawing options the latest Nimac Hermes beam saw will also be on demonstration. A compact machine designed for the small to medium size user the Hermes is fully equipped as standard with intuitive PC control software including panel optimisation software.

Daltons Wadkin technical and sales staff will be on hand to discuss specific requirements as well as provide information on additional support services including certified operator training, servicing and tooling.
Joining the impressive range of panel equipment will be an extensive range of solid timber processing machinery including Salvador optimising crosscut systems, Kuper planer moulders, CML multi-rip saws, Stenner band resaws and Wadkin classical machines.

Visitors are welcome any time between 9am-5pm each day.
