The eighth annual NBF Bed Show 2017, which took place at Telford International Centre in September, enjoyed another strong year.
Jessica Alexander, executive director of the NBF, which organises the show, says: “Exhibitor feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, and visitors were impressed with the quality of this year’s show. Over the past eight years, visitor numbers have remained fairly consistent, and this show was no different. Over the two days, we had more than 1500 visitors, with 15% revisiting on the second day.”
At the show, more than 80 brands presented the latest beds and mattresses, machinery and components.
The show’s exhibitors were quick to offer praise. “It clearly pays off, and this year’s event was another success for everyone involved,” commented David Hoyle, GMS, while Leggett & Platt’s Chris France said: “It just gets better and better… If you are serious about bedding, you seriously need to visit (or exhibit at) this show!”
Jessica adds: “We also undertook visitor feedback exit surveys and will be analysing that data to find out if there’s anything we could improve for next year. We want to ensure that we are still creating an event that is cost effective for exhibitors but has the unique product focus and the best experience for visitors.”
Next year’s show will take place on 18th and 19th September, 2018.
